Here is my lawyer. He is excellent and well connected. Fluent in English and "gulp"...ethical!! He's a distance away from SJ but worth the travel. Just like the US, CR is loaded with shyster abagotos!.

He set up my corporations, bank accounts, cellular service and other things that require a corporation w/o residency status. PM me with any questions.

Cap'n:

PM me or e-mail me at danddick at the normal yahoo address & I'll send you my atty's info. Just went through the process, formed an S.A. & bought a condo (behind the hotel Irizu - La Cantina / Best Western). Overall a pretty painless experience but there are several caveats & Mr. Seabreeze's comments are valid.
