if you go to this website, http://www2.miami-dadeclerk.com/civil/Search.aspx and type in one of the defendants name, it will pull up the particulars of the case as far as motions....it looks like the plaintiff has been trying to have the Tico defendents served and then have the suit started for about a year..... I agree, Tico rule of law makes even beautiful, downtown SoFla law seem logical, swift and just.....basically, it looks like there is no rule of law in CR....only a bunch of ladrones running things |
