I'll be at the Sportsman's Lodge in Late June, I wouldn't mind taking a look at the apartment. Any minimum amount of months?

It seems the landlord is being disingenuous. My understanding is the last person to remodel and try to open a bar there could not get a liquor permit no matter who he bribed.

I went to the Grand Opening
Walked into a small roon on the ground floor, with a bar and enough room for 4 people, then went upstairs... out a big window onto a small patio... then back in another window to the bar

That room could only hold maybe 10 people Max an the ceiling was about 7 feet high

If you want to loose your ass in San Jose this is the place to do it

I bet the Apt is funky as well...great location
