my favorite part was the ending....hahahaha but if the apartment is located in the same lot as the landlords’ home and they share a common entrance, tenants can be evicted any time and for any reason. |

Talked to a tico lawer I know about some of the points in the article. He said deposit forget ever getting it back. No matter what you do the landloards find excuses to keep it. |
