Two apts. are open for rent. They have 2 bd 1bath, kith.,washroom area,living room, sliding glass door to grasy area, remote control parking garage. Very safe and quiet. They are unfurnished. Rent is $400/mth with deposit same. E-mail or pm me if interested.

Are these in the complex where you are helping "the owner" try to sell them?

You have to remember that the country is made up of 7 provinces. San Jose, Alajuela, Heredia, Cartago and Limon are all cities but they also are provinces. So when someone says Barreal, Heredia they may be talking about the province not necessarily the city. Barreal, Heredia is located just off the auto pista that goes to the airport and is some distance from the city of Heredia.

Got it, but I was referring to the Province spelling. He had Heradia and it should be Heredia. And isn’t Barreal in the Province of San Jose and not Heredia?

I don't think so. The codigos postales from the CR correos do not list Barreal but they do show Belen which is very close as being in the province of Heredia.
