I just posted photos of brand new unfurnished apartments available in Lourdes. They are just east of San Pedro.....approx 1.5 kilometers from Univ. of CR and D'Pelufo's. Approx 2 mil cab ride to gultch, 1 mil to Mall San Pedro. 2 blocks to bus stop. Close to everything you need.

They vary in size form small 1 bedroom/1 bath with a nice view to small and medium sized 2 bedroom units with patios. Prices range from $350-$600. There are six units in the building and 2 are currently rented. They won't last long. Each unit includes a gated/secure parking space.

Cost of furnishings/essential appliances will range from $1,800-$3,000 depending on quality.

I have no personal interest in the apartments but would like to have some gringo neighbors. The neighborhood is low key and tranquillo.

These apartments are not ideal for hardcore mongering but occaisonal guests would not be a problem.

Unfortunately, for anyone interested, they didn't last long.

Usually apartments in this neighborhood rent within a couple of days. Good housing is really hard to find around here.
