I've got one I would recommend. PM me for details. I know guys that hang around the gulch and say they can sell an SA for $400. Beware of this stuff. You are better off paying too much, than too little.

Also be aware that there are many forms of corporation, other than a full SA. You can have an LLC, which I would recommend, as you don't need board members and don't have to hold all the stupid annual meetings. Its protection without hassel.

Hmmm, I use what is generally considered the top law firm in the country Facio y Canas and they have always charged me $400 or thereabouts. Who is "better" and how much do you pay?
