Has anyone had a problem with VPN access to their jobs in the states via public WIFI from one of the hotels in SJ ? |

VPN speed from CR crawls. I had no luck at HLH and Sportsman Lodge. Didn't bother trying it at any other place. Couldn't even open a word.doc. This was about a year ago. |

I have used VPN back to the US from the SL, brought up a server at another remote location via Remote Desktop. It's hit or miss, but it can be done. |

No problem for me. Use it from SL, Castillo and Amistad without any issues. VPN’s shouldn’t be an issue as long as the connection is stable. |
