How much does dependable high speed internet connection cost you? I see ads in the costa rica times that says 199 for dependable high speed connection. Is good internet connection really that expensive? How dependable is it really if I find an apartment.

I get DSL from ICE and it's been dependable for me.

Both my land line and DSL run under 40 dollars a month combined.
