I think there is an agenda. Not sure if by the owner or by someone trying to make a commission but by whomever what it amounts to is trying to peddle a hamburger joint without buying a classified ad.

Guys all you have to do is come down and try a burger. If you like it tell your friends. Maybe someone is looking to buy into a business that has had a good reputation for the last 3 years. The owner wants to go back to the states. It is that simple. CRT is only one way that he is listing. And no body is getting a commission because i own the place. Please help a fellow monger out.
