That is a true and rare gift - seriously

The problem with older cars in CR is they get to the point they tend to start needing "one of everything" - and while labor in CR is reasonable (compared to the USA) parts are expensive - Unless I had some of your mechanical skills, no way would I even consider a car from the 1960's (Although that said, you see a fair number of old Toyota Land Crusers on the road down there - simple, easy car to work on, but its lacking in many of the features and comforts most of us have come to expect) :)

Where in my post was I comparing a wrecked 1965 Suburban to a 2012 Hyundia SUV? I was comparing a well maintained road worthy 1965 Suburban to the red sardine can taxi's that are frequently used in CR. :roll:
