I felt I was given the go ahead when the screen name was reviewed and approved by the Admin.

I do not plan on spamming the board with listings...just posting one every once in a while that I feel would be of interest to someone reading the "Living, Working, Investing & Retiring In Costa Rica" board.

I think it might be a helpful service to people trying to cut through the clutter of everything for sale in the CR.

I think a commercial or real estate forum on the board may be a good idea though.

I just read where the classified forum was delayed but on the way. I think that will be a great place for posts such as this in the future.

Price seems a bit high. Right now you can get a prime condo on the southern end of the LV strip for about the same money.And with less risk of complications and losing the property outright.

My radar was spot on. Saw this thread the other day and decided to wait a couple of days to see responses.. Exactly as expected. I guess it's been to long when you can anticipate almost every response. I think some must have responses copied and pasted for just such occasions.

Who cares?!?!?! Leave the guy alone. I for one find occasional real estate listings interesting. Obviously the site owner dosen't mind, so why attack this guy?
