I see it a bit differently than just stripping the gringo of his assets. This prick married this girl and abandoned her. You do not marry someone then just disappear. What he did was morally and fundamentally wrong. Taking advantage of a minor for 2 months worth of sex then walking away without any contact, I'm sure had a mental impact on this girl that no one will ever understand. I am far from being a saint but I do have respect for people's feelings. Unless they have done something to wrong me, I refrain from intentionally being demeaning or hurtful. This prick should pay for his cruelty, and I can assure you this was not an isolated instance. I am sure there is a definite pattern of abusing others and this was not an isolated instance. It would not surprise me in the least if this asshole has abused lots more and younger K*ds than the one being discussed. Personally, I would love to see it happen but in the end, there is a higher judgement than we all can pass on him. In the end his account will get balanced.

Just give her info on his whereabouts and maybe a little info on how probate works. I have no idea who preceded who on the marriage list…. But going after the estate seems the best route. Let me propose another scenario as to what might have happened, and I am certainly not defending this pendejo: He meets the sixteen year old wherever, like a dummy he does not check her cedula, does the deed, may have seen her several times because she looks a lot like a latina Becky Thatcher. Girl's family and neighbors find out and are soon circling with torches and pitchforks. He marries her, may or may not have given her a bunch of money, then quietly slips out of the country after two months when the heat dies down, never to return.
We will probably never know what really happened or if he did subsidize her for awhile. At least it does not sound like there were offspring, which is good.
