Maybe I'm misreading this, but it sounds like you are more interested in what happens if you get caught than "avoidance". Avoidance is easy...find one you really like then do her momma.
If you are caught in CR, you better have a good attorney and deep pockets. One monger was recently arrested for having sex with an under age chica in an MP. He got three years probation instead of two years in a CR jail because he is supporting a youngun down here.
Seriously, if in doubt check her ID. If you ares till not satisfied (sister's ID, photocopy, etc), run. Even if the policia are never involved, what is your bargaining position when she rolls over and says, "guess what, I'm under age"? If she figures out that you will pay big to keep from explaining the situation to the authorities she owns you...
