Gee, imagine the luck you would have with a regular Latina if you deployed those tactics. Just Saying..... Sorry but if a working girl is rude, she will get the same thing in return. If they come up to me and their 1st opening line is "you buy me....", or some other crap like that, they should not expect a polite reply. There are some nice girls in the biz, but a lot of nightmares as well. And I admit the bizness must be ego crushing. However, there is a difference between being polite, doing the deed (and giving a tip) and falling into a trap of chasing a working girl to try and make her some type of would be GF as we all know that the probability of that working out in the long run is not good. So, by all means, go for it, be a suave don, I will save that behavior for where it might actually not warrant me pulling out 3 to 4 Jacksons.

A hooker in Cartagena Colombia asked me for $500 for brain surgery. What's worse, I was on a "good karma" roll -- I'd had a major change of fortune which I attributed to being nice to people -- and I might have sent her the money. Only problem, of the three phone numbers and one Email address she gave me about a month before in Colombia, none of them worked! She must have left ten messages, not one with a phone number, and wondered why she never heard back.

Another one was from a chica in Barranquilla. She was a nonpro and actually fancied herself my girlfriend, even though I only saw her a few times. She asked me for money to remove a tumor in an ovary. My momma didn't raise no fool so I asked her for documentation, and she actually sent me some medical papers. It turns out she actually did have a medical issue she wanted to deal with -- a local had gotten her pregnant and she wanted to get an abortion, which I guess isn't covered by the government-run health program. I was sending her money to help her 84 year old grandmother, who I actually was very fond of. Turns out she was taking the money and blowing it gambling.

One day I got a call from an ex-gringa girlfriend that wanted to know if I wanted to take vacation and go on a trip with her, basically she had a grand plan and I had, well... Several grand - what a match! Not more than 24 hours later and ANOTHER ex-girlfriend, gringa too, called and asked if I would give her money so she could get divorced.

I am thinking the RFM God is after me when a CR Tica writes me an email that she had her iPad/iPhone (she keeps calling it "iPod" so I don't know which) stolen during a burglary. She wanted help finding it using Apple's locator service. I figured this was another RFM using the "I have been robbed," scheme. I was wrong, she really did need advice, that's all she asked for and that's all she got.

She had remembered that I showed one of her friends how to turn on the locator service on her friend's new iPhone and how to use it during a trip a year ago. I had forgotten all about that conversation and she remembered plus had my email address eventhough we hadn't emailed each other in like 5 months. She has never sent me any RFM ever.

All this to say that Gringa's RFM's are big money and some Ticas' request aren't for money at all.

Went downstairs and she didn't say hi or I 'm glad to see you only Where's my phone? I said it's in the room. so we get to the room and grabs the phone and seems very happy. I'm all over her but she very hungry and wants to eat and then return to room. So we go eat and when we get back to DI she tells me that she has to work tomorrow and can't stay with me. I tell her you don't go to work till 1pm. we get in a big fight and I tell if she doesn't come up to the room with me it's over. She doesn't ask she just tells me GIVE ME 20,000 colones as I get out of the cab. So I decide to cut my losses then since I was only out $100 for the unlocked phone.

Any RFM from a women in Costa Rica claiming a Ch*ld is sick and she needs money for doctor/medicine will ALWAYS be a lie. The Caja system is free for Ch*ldren no matter the race, creed, religion or any other tags you can think up. Any sick Ch*ld will get all the medical attention and drugs that they need at no cost. In addition, the majority of Costa Rican women are covered and any legal resident must enroll in the Caja as a condition of their residency. This should apply to most of the girls you will come across here in Costa Rica so keep this in mind when you see those 'my K*D is sick' kind of RFMs.
