I don't fit the requirements for Wifing-Up. I don't really do it. I form my own attachments and special relationships in a different way. But I support if for those guys who like it.

But for the record on GR's earlier comment about a member having a lockdown on a stunner to the exclusion of all others: That's not really the case. The member in question didn't limit her activities, or sequester her to the exclusion of all others. I can attest to that personally. The lady in question picked who she was interested in and ignored everyone else. She always does. As with many of these girls, they choose us as much as we choose them. He was identified right off (after the first session) as the one she really wanted long term. She told me so. She wasn't done shopping yet, she did everything she wanted to do on that trip, and has since. It's her show and she runs it like she wants.

I try not to have a list of untouchables, off limits from my amigos. I think your credibility as a wingman is in direct proportion to how facilitating you are to your amigos getting action, and an expanding list of untouchables diminishes your clout. But having one or two is forgivable. It's the guys who want to mark their territory with every little thing that comes along and smiles at him that get my back up. I've always gone out of my way to hook a brother up. When that's not the case, it's as often as not HER wishes that prevent it from being so. And if guys don't like that, too bad. (edit: this isn't directed at you GR, I'm just saying)

Arch maybe you don't wife up as per my definition but I would say that you kind of wife-up in a "bigamist" kinda way

Guilty as charged. I have 5 wives at a time. And then try to have about 20 mistresses.

Of course that doesn't preclude me from looking for the occasional one-night stand in sleazy bars either, just don't tell my wives or mistresses.

This is my favorite form of relationship. All the romance and excitement of an initial hook-up and then none of the messy stuff afterward. The problem I have is that the girls I want are smart and more...educada, they would say in Latin America, but these girls always want more than just a fun week together. They want bodas and hijitos and a joint checking account.

The working girls are full of drama and their conversation holds your interest about 20 minutes before you start looking at your watch.

Pickens are slimmer around this time of year. Wifing up does pay dividends aveces.

I have to say, that my best experiences, in all destinations except CR, have been found in the category of being wifed-up! I like variety and like to sample what's out there, but I seem to have more memorable moments with someone I have a connection with. With that being said, I do not like to wife-up for the entire trip. 4-6 days at the end of the trip seems the best fit for me, which allows me a few days at the beginning to sample what else is out there. From my 2 trips to MDE, by far the best experiences I have had were when I was wifed-up. In CR, I have a few favoritas, but I rarely lock them down for my trip, nor do I get the sense that is of interest to them.

IMHO, The Wifing-up Club does NOT suck for me!
