The best thing is just not have a favorite!!!! If a girl knows that you got to have her, price will go up and drama will soon follow I for one not even get numbers or give e-mail address to the girls.. I do like to look for new girls when in town.. but if a girl from my past that I had a great session with is not with other customer or wingman then maybe ... I just try to not wife up on trip, but understand if wingman wants, and that is what makes him happy then that is ok. It is his fantasy no need to lose friendship over one working girl when there are 500 more to pick from. also he did learn now scuba1 about what she is about!!

Well, better late than never, although some guys never do learn. And its not all about the money; guys sometimes feel "this one is different" and when she turns out not to be, feelings get brused when emotions are involved.

And I agree - and posted as such - that its not worth losing a friendship, regardless how misguided the friend might be - think about it - she is highly unlikely to be celibate so what does it really matter, but not something I would advocate as the friendship is for a long time, even though the relationship (so called ) with the girl is probably not. In short, not worth losing a friend over a (working) girl.

You are on the right track, but by all means get numbers if you like a girl; just don't give out yours, or other contact info (or expect that the number they give you will "work" later, as many change their cell numbers - mostly b/c they get dropped for not paying the bill - regularly)

I get confused by the term favorita at times...makes me wonder what needs to happen for a qualifier.. Is it level of service, chemistry..etc?

I think the original question has had its due responses but I have to say if your paying ur "favorita" then you shouldn't give a fugg anyway..

I guess the definition of "favorita" is what matters........Does it mean a girl that a guy pays and chills like his girlfriend while he is here or are we talking about, just one of the chicks he likes to fugg on a regular basis.

Any other definitions out there? Let's hear it and once we have that established then we can get this subject worked out. Seems like we are all coming from different directions on this.

haha I am a messed up opposite type of guy. Had a high end girl a few years back trying to elevate me to boyfriend status. She knew I didn't have the money she was used to. She announced to me that even though I was going to be her boyfriend, she was still going to work. My response: Damn right you are still going to work! And take care of papa! I was just messing with her, had no thoughts of a relationship with her. But I don't think she could wrap her head around a gringo wanting her to work and not be exclusive to her.

My definition of a "favorita" is close to yours, SR. I would even take it a step further and say that there may even be tender feelings and chemistry. But at the end of the day, she still is a "working girl." The definition "she is good at what she does" sums it up well. When I stayed in the gulch, I recommended my favoritas to buddies, and they would reciprocate by introducing me to theirs. A "girlfriend" who works the gulch is a recipe for heartbreak and disaster unless the guy accepts the fact that she is working in one of the world's oldest professions.

College was not a path for me so I do not have 'college papers' I wrote as my brothers and other family do but I think I could write a 5 pager on this But the guys that don't get it will still not get it and the guys that do get it would not think my big 5 page thesis was anything other than common sense.

After briefly reading this thread I'm putting in my $0.02 worth.

YES it is ok to be with your friends favorita. IF and only IF she is just his favorite. My friends do my favorita all the time and it doesn't bother me. They have told me, with out going into details about it, they were with her.
My favorita and me are exclusive when we are together. There is a chemistry there. I fully know she is working when I'm not there and have told her not to stop working. YET
Should things develop more between us then maybe there is a small chance we will talk about it. Until this happens all I have to say is
Enjoy her as much as I do.
