That was the consensus weeks ago - although I can't say - unlike some of your other posts and polls - that I disagree with what you wrote here

On second thought, having anything to do with a Tica/Tico is almost like dealing with a Ch*ld. Ever been to a local bank here? Ever asked a lawyer for a straight answer? How about asking for directions to a location? How about the folks who use the street rather than the sidewalk and at night wear dark clothes and walk in pairs on the street! Sometimes with another pair on the opposite side of the street, in traffic.
