Just had a conversation with a very unhappy monger yesterday. His condom broke and he was "too drunk to care". He cares now. He found that while HIV may not be very prevalent here in CR, at least one of these girls has a good case of the clap!

He was undergoing the 'cilin regimen which of course meant no drinking and no mas chicas for the rest of his vaca. Bummer dewd! :shock:

When it comes to barebacking, people think the core issue is AIDS. There is a long list of other STDs you can get from barebacking that can make you sick and in some cases kill you, like Hep B & C. I find it amazing how many mongers don't know what Hep B & C even are let alone the vaccinations for them.

You're right. There are vaccines for Hep A & B only and not C. But Hep C can kill you or make you very sick for the rest of your life! Also, the transmission rate for Hep C is much higher than AIDs -meaning when you bareback its a lot more likely Hep C will infect than AIDs.

Yeah, I screwed up a few times in the past, but thankfully not in the last 15 years. Was tempted a gazillion times, but so far, haven't given in YET. Pac said it very clearly in his post, but my thought is when statistics say it is 1 in 1000, or 1 in 10,000, or 1 in 100,000, chance of getting aids, do you REALLY want this time to be the ONE? I'm really enjoying my probable last 25 years on earth, no time to be making THIS stupid mistake IMO.

Just got back from health department today. Got my 1st injection of Hep A & B Vaccine. One more A and two more B to go. Painless and resonable price.
