I'd say that if you go to Thailand you could find better quality for less than $100. Go back to the blog and click on the picture under the "Chapter 12 heading" and pay attention to her left leg. That would turn me off. She's not really all that great.

What we have here is a business deal that was not understood by all parties. He considered the contract a purchase agreement. She considered it a lease agreement. She moved on to a more attractive deal once the lease was up. He should've read the fine print. Happens every day. I would venture to say there's a number of people right here on this board who have had similar misunderstandings. It's just business always read the fine print and keep you head out of the clouds.

PS: I have known girls in Costa Rica just as attractive and a lot more upfront about what they're offering.

I do so enjoy some of the comments of guys on this board. That is one of the reasons I posted that link just to read the posts I know would be forthcoming. It's easy to sit at home and read someone else's story and know exactly what you would do in a similar situation.

Sure this guy got taken for a ride but it's much easier to read about it all in a matter of a hour (or two) than to live it over the course of four years. Monday morning QB is an an easy game to play.

This guy was young, busy with his businesses and undoubtedly naive. He most likely didn't spend his free time reading websites dedicated to travel for P4P. He didn't have the years of experience nor the knowledge many have gained from sites like CRT, ISG, TSM, UMV, CH, ISOC or a dozen sites dedicated to just Thailand. Not only that but he met her on a site for people looking for "love", not in a Bangkok Go Go or a Pattaya beer bar.

You guys are just so smart and so tough that you would NEVER let a girl/women get the better of you. JAJAJA

that's not the point, if i did something that stupid, i would not tell the world about it.. we have all been suckered in by one or two or more women, but then to tell the world about it, that makes no sense.. it's like guys that get screwed over seem to just relish in the retelling of their woes on the internet....!!!!?????
