I'd recommend the Copacabana Hotel. It is Chica friendly. It is quieter and less crazy than the Cocal. But still has a party atmosphere. You'll usually find one or two girls working there, but you can easily hop down to the Cocal, find a girl, and bring her back. I think they offer CRT discounts. But I didn't have my card when I stayed there last year, so not positive. |
