Please keep in mind that the CRT discount for hotel rooms is only honored when you book directly with the hotel. If you use a third-party such as booking.com, hotels.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com, travelocity.com, tripadvisor.com, ect. your CRT discount WILL NOT under any circumstances be honored. IMPORTANT: Should you book by mistake with a third-party or online travel agent, then you must also cancel your reservation personally with the same agent, and according to the cancellation policy that you accepted at the time of booking. A hotel CAN NOT adjust your reservation with a third party, even if you contact the hotel directly. For example, if made the reservation by mistake with expedia.com, then you must cancel through expedia.com and negotiate with expedia.com to return any deposit that you had paid. Also, the hotels can not adjust or fix this problem at check-in, during or after your stay. If you book your hotel reservation through a third-party and arrive at the hotel, then the CRT discount is null and void for the entire duration of your stay, even if you purchase a first time membership during your stay. Please keep in mind that many of the hotels do now offer booking online with instant confirmations through their websites. So, there is no need to use a third-party website. If you book your reservation directly on the hotel website, by telephone or email with the hotel, then your CRT discount will be honored. Be sure to indicate in the reservation that you are a CRT member. I appreciate your understanding. Please book directly with the hotels in order to avoid unnecessary expenses and bring you the best value. |
