 I recently enjoyed dinner at the Balcon de Europa, which offers a 10 percent CRT discount. April marks the 10 year anniversary for this particular discount. The restaurant owner is a nice lady from France who has lived in Costa Rica for many years. The menu includes a rabbit specialty, along with a selection of pasta, seafood, meat and wine. Balcon de Europa is located in San Jose, a half block south of the Del Rey Hotel on Calle 9 |

I have eaten there several times. The pasta selections are very good. |
