Not being much of a computer expert I have no explanation.

I click on the link and get a file download box appearing. It asks if I want to open the file or save it, I click open, it downloads in a few seconds and starts to play.

Any computer experts out there that can help?

The main IP is to a Web Mail account,,,only you can access it..

If anyone just trys http://216.157.131.123 , you will get the same thing.
