Baby seal walks into the bar and sits down. Bartender asks him what he wants to drink and the baby seal says "whiskey". Bartender asks him what brand, and baby seal says " any kind would be all right, as long as it's not Canadian Club" |

Good joke but as a Canuck with newfie friends I object to the idea of not being able to beat a baby harp seal to death in the name of whiskey. The government has stringent guidelines on how to beat them properly and skin them. The government has done many studies to ensure the survival of the species and has given assurances that it is humane.
