How to drop one waist size?

Stay on the sixth floor at the Hotel Presidente during rehab of the old section, with only one elevator which is working only part time, and stay there on the Sundays during which power is off to the downtown area from 7 AM to 3 PM like tomorrow.
No joke. :!:
Talk about the original stairmaster. I have already dropped a notch. I am not kidding. Need to drop nine more. Of course not eating three times a day is helping.

Nope, Stay at the Morazon. That elevator is out of service more than it is in service. I always loose 10 lbs when in CR. I tend not to eat as much, If I could stay a month I'd loose 50 lbs.
