I used to live in an ugly city on the U.S. border where a vaguely attractive woman was considered hot and constantly hit on. Therefore I invented the 6-8-10 rule wherein a girl who would be a 6 in most places (LA, Dallas, Miami), is an 8 in the ugly city but thinks she's a 10!

Medellin, on the other hand, has a 10-8-6 rule. A Chica there who would be a 10 anywhere else is probably an 8 in MDE and thinks she's a 6 because of the machismo culture that screwed with her self esteem.
