I am also fat.

If I really cared I would lose weight. It is really simple. Eat right, and exercise daily. I recently lost 30 lbs., but have re-found ten of it, and am in the process of looking for the other twenty. I am 230 lbs. of muscle (some of it just jiggles). I use to have a six-pack, but now it is a mini-keg. I prefer to call it a counter balance for my big a**. Just all the more for the ladies to love.

At this advanced age (67) it wouldn't matter to the ladies if I was slim and trim, I would still be an old fart in their eyes. The good news is that "Wide Willie" still gets as hard as a honeymoon dong.

The women that I deal with sexually only care that I have a fat wallet.

For me it is all about the numbers.
By that I mean that as I get really up there in age the only way to feel fit or keep fit is by keeping my weight down. When my weight is lower my blood pressure, chlosterol and all vital signs drop into the so called "normal" region.
I then find I feel horny and get good erect***s. I would like to keep it that way well into my 80s.

I'm not fat, I'm just "height challenged for my weight". Of course for my weight I should be about 6-8 inches taller.

I was reading some online tips for survival the other day. The author stated that water was the most important item since most people can live off their body fat for days. I wonder if a drastically reduced intake of food would help me lose 10-20 lbs? Of course having the discipline to actually do it is another story.

If you have what a chica wants, be it $40 or $100 or somewhere in between, at least for an hour you can be tall handsome young witty and rich with a full thick head of hair to boot, you can turn back the hands of time, you can be Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Lee, Mick Jagger, Superman, Batman or anyone else you can imagine and or all combined....

By the way, PR, from someone who falls into the obese category, I'm down from 225 to 207 and fighting my way down to 190. If I can get there and my financial situation re-stabilizes, I will reward myself with a 5 day trip, been almost a year now....

Don't do that, try a moderate Atkins or S Beach low carb (not crazy drastic) diet, eat meat and vegetables, salads, nuts shrooms fruit, peanut butter, have as much as you want, stay off and minimize as much as you can bread, pasta rice and sugary foods, I've been doing this for about 5 weeks and lost almost 20 lbs, plus I'm eating enough and good food satisfies your cravings.
