An interesting thing about this is, at 1:03 into the video, sitting in the audience wearing a hat and shade is Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead who at the time of this performance was a Jimi Hendrix roadie.

totally agree but if all time rock bassists are being mentioned i think flea deserves to be mentioned as well as geezer butler.

My best friend turned me on to Cream in 1970. His band played a lot of Cream and of course my friend played bass.

I was in CR last week and didn't hear the news until just now. Thanks for the heads up.
