"View newest post"

Does this icon actually work for anyone?

Never has for me and I was wondering if it was a cookie issue, if so maybe HolaB can help.

When looking at the forum index, to the left of the individual forums I'll see icons of, maybe, a sheet of paper. If that particular forum has any new posts the sheet of paper will be orange, or white if no new posts.

To see new posts I use the bookmark https://costaricaticas.com/phpBB2/search ... d=newposts which is from clicking on "View posts since last visit" at the top right of the forum index screen.

Thanks but that's not what I mean...after logging on I do click "View posts since last visit", then for example there's 22 matches that come up.
Under the "Topics" column there is a little black arrow pointing to another little sheet of paper before the title to each thread with new posts, and when you roll your mouse over it says "View newest post". This icon is supposed to take you to the first unread post in that thread. For instance if you've already read 3 and 1/2 pages of a thread it should take you directly to the first new post (since your last visit) on the middle of page 3. It works on other forums but has never worked for me here and I just wondered if it works for anyone else.

Maybe it's because you didn't shave your balls close enough

It works for me Paco, although once in a while I'll get the message "there's no new posts" even though there is.
