OK, OK, I've often heard about "Tico time"; it's the tendency that Costa Rican's have to be tardy.
Now I believe it, it even extends to the goods one buys there; I have been home for 3 weeks, and today my CR cell phone gave a cheerful little buzz & a text "You can roam here with Rogers". :roll:

I expect a "Feliz Navidad a un usario (Merry Christmas)" text in time for Valentine's Day :mrgreen:

Hey amigo, Do not know if this is the case but I have had 2-3 friends tell me lately that they could still use their CR phones to text from the states to CR. One even sent me texts so I know it works. I do nor know the "whys" nor "hows' nor if it is a quirk or is suppose to be that way. It also cost a lot more for him to send texts back here.

Hey by the way amigo, Jimena will be here in about an hour!!!! :twisted: :wink: Luna was suppose to C*m but couldn't make it. :cry:
