http://www.lewrockwell.com/orig/brimelow1.html Put this in your pipe and smoke it. Major diseases you DON'T get if you smoke. Of course this is all suppressed. |

Just because it's written doesn't mean it's true. Related example....my father in law refuses to wear a seat belt because he says he doesn't want to get trapped in the car by a stuck seat belt if there is a accident with a fire.... ![]() |

SpeakNo wrote: Hey, try a little harder, ok? That's heresay. At least put SOME effort in your rebuttal. Are you serious? You're kidding, right? ![]() Peter Brimelow, the author of the screed you linked to, is a right-wing racist who is (somewhat) known for his anti-immigration, anti-minority, anti-government, and anti-multiculturism views. Peter's claim to fame is being a senior editor at Forbes for a while back in the 90s. He's also the founder of vDare, a website advocating hatred for immigrants and minorities. vDare is the same folks who claimed after Hurricane Katrina that "the lower average IQ of African-Americans found in intelligence research correlates with 'poorer native judgment than members of better-educated groups resulting in the need for stricter moral guidance from society.' " How do Mr. Brimelow's so-called "credentials" make him an authority on the health benefits of smoking is beyond my understanding. If I were you, I would take his claims about smoking being good for you with a tiny grain of salt. ![]() Oh, and he wrote that article you linked to in 1994. HTH, mh |

You seem like a well read fellow. Have you ever read, "The Bell Curve"? It was published in 1994 as well. By the way, we have met before. ![]() |
