FWIW that was taken at the Burning Man event in Nevada.
It's not on the beach until the Big One happens to the left coast..

Texas&Vegas did you ever attend the Burning Man? I always thought about going but as I got older the idea seemed less appealing. :|

Yes, I went 3 years ago. I am not going back.
It might be more attractive to a younger person that likes to party and doesn't mind camping type inconveniences. There was a fair number of stuck-in-the-60's-people.

I kept thinking there must be a lot of LSD in use.

My memories are of:
Lots of drunk (or drugged) people.
Some interesting wheeled vehicles, like parade floats on LSD.
Lots of skin. Some attractive, most not.
Did I mention beer?
