Seriously, is this correct.....

if I divide 74 Billion by 3.55 Trillion...the answer is like .02...or, in other words, 74 Billion deducted from 3.55 Trillion is like taking away 2 cents from a dollar?

2 phucking percent?

actually, the 3.55 trillion has to be raised to at least 3.75 trillion, and the 70 something billion needs to be lowered to maybe 60 something billion....then, I can get a good grip on how to balance my budget here in beautiful, downtown SoFla......


if my calculations are correct, I will soon be able to trade tiny napkins for dollars!
