A cop was waiting outside a bar to arrest DUI patrons at closing time. A patron came out staggering and falling against cars in the parking lot.
He found his car but dropped his keys three times before finding the keyhole.Finally, he opened the car and fell inside. He took a few minutes to start the car and had wipers going, horn blowing alerting the cop further.

Other patrons came out and got in their cars. The man almost hit a few backing up and then waited for the parking lot to empty. The Cop was waiting eagerly for his prey.
When the lot had cleared , the patron pulled out slowly. The Cop turned on his blue lights and pulled the guy Finally.He gave him the breathe analysis test and it showed a 0!!!! The Cop said, " Im taking you to the station. My machine has to be broke." The patron smiled and said " It's not broke officer. I have had nothing to drink. Im the DESIGNATED DECOY"

That was pretty good !!!!!!

Surprised he didn't get hit with a tazer. I heard of a guy that kept a bottle of Vodka in his car, got pulled over, got out, dropped his keys on the ground and started chugging until the cop made him stop. From what I know he only got busted for an open container violation instead of DUI.
