OK, in the gym at my condo complex; usually its attack of the walking dead(this being FL and God's waiting room after all) in walks some skinny red headed white guy in a Heavy Metal wife-beater (to show off the TATs) with a boombox (apparently, the only guy left in the U.S. w/o an MP3 player) Proceeds to play Heavy Metal CDs which apparently are poorly recorded, as he keeps have to break off his muscle-fest to move to a favorite tune, which he plays loud enough so I can hear it wearing earbuds while watching, you guessed it, Fox News while on the cross-trainer. He made so many moans and groans while lifting a very modest amount of weight, that I though maybe Pamela was giving him some oral action. anyway, don't be that guy.
