Shows the importance of (a) a sense of humor and (b) keeping a wet 'n' dry vacuum handy.
BTW, this was tougher to do back in the day--the squared-off recycling cans are easier to balance than the old round trash cans--you had to shim them so they'd stay square with the door. Not that I'd ever do such a thing (to the AF Base Commander)--I just heard rumors.

I'm not sure what's funnier. The guy getting pizzed or the guy having to sit in the bushes for that long time... enough time for the cops to arrive.
