CR government officials announced today that the Northern Border is missing and presumed stolen.

"Nobody was watching it and we think it may have been stolen by a passing public bus", said Senora Blamethevictim, spokeslittledarling for the current CR administration.

Meanwhile, Nicaraguan officials deny that their shiny new Southern Border had anything to do with the recent theft.

"We found it", was their official explanation.
