Couldn't be simpler. Go to any store and look for products that have a patent # on them. Odds are good that the patent has expired and it's illegal to sell stuff with an expired patent # on it. A lawsuit against the manufacturer can bring Big Bonzo Bucks, like $500 for each individual item if a current lawsuit is successful.
