No, certainly, not a joke. A Federal panel reports that a new "morning-after" pill for women effective for 5 days after, is safe and effective. This has been around and in trials for some time. This isn't a political comment but the Bush Administration held it up for a few years. The Obama admin is the one that finally allowed it into general release. It has been used in France for sometime where the views of sex are greatly different than those of the US. |
