here is an article about the best hotels/chains in CR......I was thinking there could be a list of the Worst....I'll start with the Nuevo Johnson and Asia as being among the tops on the low rent scale....I know there are some downtown tico hotels/joints offering interior rooms for around 4 or 5 bucks a night. (shared hallway bath)
