Rick's Cabaret International has purchased land near the south entrance of DFW for a $2.1 million 10,000 sq ft club. It's on Texas 183. Y'all come, you hear? And whatthehell, if you think there's an upside to their biz model, the company's publicly traded--buy a share of stock (less than the price of a drink).
