This joker buys a hotel in a "special community" not speaking any Spanish despite a lifetime living in the South West and proceeds to impose his purely Anglo cultural values...and wonders why locals get upset. Being firm in your opinion is one thing (and I'm all for that); being an obdurate inflexible bonehead is quite another. I'm surprised some hothead didn't burn the place down.
