A wealthy female hospital benefactor was being shown around the hospital.

During her tour she passed a room where a male patient was masturbating furiously.

"Oh my GOD!", screamed the woman. "That's disgraceful! Why is he doing that?"

The doctor who was leading the tour calmly explained, "I'm very sorry that you were exposed to that, but this man has a serious condition where his testicles rapidly fill with semen, and if he doesn't do that at least five times a day, he'll be in extreme pain and his testicles could easily rupture".

"Oh, well in that case, I guess it's okay",' said the woman.

As they passed by the very next room, they saw a male patient lying in bed while a nurse performed oral sex on him.

Again, the woman screamed, "Oh my GOD! How can THAT be justified?"

Again the doctor spoke very calmly: "Same illness, Better Insurance!"

The trick is to get the Better (second plan) Insurance before you have The Pre-Existing condition.

However, there seems to be ample and affordable Better Insurance Plans in CR, even for those afflicted by Pre-Conditions.

Here in SoFla, we do have 'Street Corner' dispensaries where similar service is offered at competitive rates.

But the Practioners are not always 'cracked up' to be what they advertise.

Often, the public is reduced to taking matters into their own hands.

What plan are you referring to? I was led to believe that all INS policies do not cover pre-existing conditions as well as new conditions that can be linked to a pre-existing condition.

CAJA has no pre-existing condition restriction and while that is affordable few I know would classify that one of the better insurance plans.

c'mon brother


i'm taking about the Better Insurance Plan for the prior mentioned "Pre Condition"

these plans are available all over San Jose and are superior to our SoFla plans found on Street Corner dispenseries and with providers less than Cracked Up as advertised



but if you guys don't have decent plans for real in CR, maybe I can lobby Pelosi, Reid and Our Boy next time i'm in DC and get some rider added of something for ex pats.

Tell you what, we can have Greengo write it up.
