Post subject:  The Godfather - Your fav character and scene

Someone reference a Godfather scene in another thread. Instead of taking an actual good, non-confrontational thread in the wrong direction (Common Courtesy - Esp at SL), my favorite scene popped into my head. Be it violent or sexy, whatever, what is your favorite Godfather character and scene?

Me, Sonny Corleone. If MG looks like him, then he is my favorite CRT guy. Here is a tribute to Sonny:

My favorite scene, Sonny goes to Connies pad and finds out Carlo hit his sister. The following beating Carlo receives is classic. Using the garbage can lid, priceless. Oh, here's a clip.

Now why Sonny? I am not at all violent, but I did marry an Italian girl when I was younger and let's just say her dad didn't work much but nice house! Seriously, the firecracker attitude.

When searching the web, I first came across this photo of Apollonia

The thought of busting into this ripe, non-blemished piece of fruit redirects the bloodflow in my body.

Have fun,
Dean

The "Godfather" series is my 2nd favorite black-comedy series--if you want truly "down-to-it" American black-comedy--one that really shows American capitalism at it's most raw, most brutal, truest, nothing beats the Al Pacino "Scarface" remake--remember I live in a state with a Governor who rose from the Dakota badlands to become the chairman of Goldman Sachs.

Not shown scene on regular TV, and I have only seen it a few times and then in theater only.

Sonny in his girlfriends place, his body guards are just out side the door and he starts to bang his girl, legs spread, against the door and he is hammering her so hard the guards have to turn around and look to make sure he door is not coming off the hinges. I always wanted to do that :D

This one is always shown
Or maybe at the open wedding where Sonny’s wife is explaining “Sonny’s special gift” to her friends and she then notices a friend and her husband gone.
