In Rocky Point, Mexico they add cinnamon on top of the pina coladas. But I wouldn't know that from ordering one for myself, 'cause I'm a guy and we don't do that.

The only think FooFoo about Ciaos drinks are that is the only sound you can make after about 4 of them.
