Consider the gi-normous salvage possibilities if torn down--enough copper pipe to build a still in every town in Appalachia, enough marble to re-face every North Shore Long Island Gatsby-era palazzo, enough excellent panelling for all the Heartland's rec rooms--you get the idea. Plus beautiful Art Deco/ Art Moderne fixtures and fittings--gotta get a buck or two outa them.
