Can't speak on the kitchen (I don't cook) but most def' the wrong ZIP code--it's 90210 or it's not. Semi-seriously, this house is priced right. Try looking on Craigslist.com RE listings for Charlotte or Austin or Madison or Atlanta (places you might actually want to live)--cribs this size are that price. Crazy world, no?
