Just prior to Lebron James birthday on December 28, 2008, Buckethead made available to all at no cost a couple of songs:

About that little matter, James... told reporters "It's hard for me to congratulate somebody after you just lose to them," he said. "I'm a winner. It's not being a poor sport or anything like that. If somebody beats you up, you're not going to congratulate them. ... I'm a competitor. That's what I do. It doesn't make sense for me to go over and shake somebody's hand."

I like the way he thinks. You haters out there shake hands with a bum fucck or eject 'em? 8)

James would be one smart player were he to take the $50 million per year pay it is rumoured he is being offerred to play in Europe; and "...losing a player of James' magnitude would be nothing short of a nightmare for the NBA...."

Not shaking the magic's hands was just bad sportsmanship plain and simple. Lebron can rationalize any way he wants , he still comes across as a spoiled brat.
Yes I am a magic fan but that does not inform my opinion here. I think Kobe conducted himself like a great sportman and showed respect to the opposition and would have done so even if the outcome had been different.
