You are right..thanking would be FAR too easy on you :!: You should be on your knees praying to whatever god you choose to deify that the Red Sox gave away his no playing a**. The Red Sox HAD to get rid of him and you guys were the benefactors.

He is and should be the MVP of the National League...who cares he only played 2 months! NOONE had the impact he had, not even Sabathia.

you're right about that. if he is not MVP only pujols could be but where are the cards right now, on vacation.
i have seen him hit four HRs in person and the guy just hits the ball so hard. its incredible. even the balls that don't get out and hit the wall just "boom" and resonate all over the stadium
the guy is a monster and i really hope we can resign him. last night he mentioned wanting to spend the next couple of years in LA but we all know how that goes... :roll: borasss :twisted:

LaDiablo...you are right....he just hits the ball as hard as anyone else except for maybe Gary Sheffield. And he is certainly the best right handed hitter of the last 15 years. I got to see him every year here at Spring Training for the Sox. He is actually a super nice guy, signs autographs forever, and when he wants to be CAN be a great teammate. But he is so freakin moody, when he does not want to play....he blows chunks and brings down the team around him. But Torre is a master at dealing with egos so that may be the best place for him.
